1. Car washing cannot be performed in tight parking spaces or public parking areas, such as shopping center parking lots or in front of apartment buildings (unless permission for washing has been granted).
2. To perform the car wash, there must be at least 2-3 meters of free space around the car to ensure proper access and to avoid splashing other parked vehicles.
3. Fine Shine Autospa has the right to refuse the car wash in the following situations:
- There is not enough space around the car for washing.
- The customer has ordered a car wash at a location where washing is not permitted.
- The car is excessively dirty, and no agreement is reached regarding service modifications.
4. If the customer has ordered a car wash but fails to show up, Fine Shine Autospa reserves the right to request compensation for the time and fuel spent traveling to the location.
