1. Car washing cannot be performed in tight parking spaces or public parking areas, such as shopping center parking lots or in front of apartment buildings (unless permission for washing has been granted).
2. To perform the car wash, there must be at least 2-3 meters of free space around the car to ensure proper access and to avoid splashing other parked vehicles.
3. Fine Shine OÜ has the right to refuse to perform the wash in the following situations:
- There is not enough space around the car for washing.
- The customer has ordered a car wash at a location where washing is not permitted.
- The car is excessively dirty, and no agreement is reached regarding service modifications.
4. If the client has ordered a car wash but does not show up, Fine Shine OÜ has the right to demand compensation for the time spent driving and fuel costs.
